Unify LIV is coming to the 2026 Hawaii property management expo
We’re bringing our team to Honolulu.
On March 4th and 5th, Unify LIV will be exhibiting at the 18th Annual Hawaii Buildings, Facilities & Property Management Expo at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center. This is our first time at the Hawaii expo, and we’re not sending a sales booth with a banner. We’re sending the people who build the product, lead the company, and understand the daily reality of running a high-rise property.
Why Hawaii, why now
Hawaii has close to 10,000 multi-unit buildings and facilities statewide. Many of them are managed with the same combination of spreadsheets, email chains, and disconnected software that we see across North America. AOAO boards face the same challenges as condo corporations in Vancouver and Toronto: compliance tracking, vendor coordination, resident communication overload, and limited visibility into building operations.
The difference is that Hawaii’s market has fewer options. The dominant property management platforms in the US were built for large, national portfolios. They’re expensive, rigid, and designed for enterprise-scale operators. AOAO boards managing a single 200-unit or 400-unit building don’t need an ERP system. They need a platform that’s fast to deploy, easy for residents to adopt, and flexible enough to match how their building actually runs.
That’s what Unify LIV does.
What Unify LIV actually does for a building
Unify LIV is a property operations platform. It puts maintenance, resident communication, amenity booking, compliance tracking, payments, and board governance into one app. Residents use it on their phones. Property managers and concierge staff use the admin dashboard and portal. Board members get real-time analytics without chasing anyone for a report.
We replace the mess of email, spreadsheets, paper forms, and disconnected tools that most properties still run on. And we automate the workflows that eat up 20 to 40 hours of admin time every month: booking confirmations, payment processing, form submissions, visitor parking permits, maintenance status updates, and resident inquiries.
The numbers from our current portfolio tell the story. Properties running Unify LIV see a 91% resident app download rate within the first two weeks and 87% monthly engagement after 60 days. That’s not a vanity metric. It means residents are actually using the platform as their primary channel for building communication, which is what drives the 40% reduction in phone calls and emails that our property managers and concierge staff report.
The team behind the platform
There are other property management platforms. We know that.
What separates Unify LIV is the people and how we work with clients. Every building that onboards with Unify LIV gets a dedicated team that handles data migration, configures the platform to match existing operations within four (4) weeks, and stays involved through launch and post onboarding. We don’t hand you software and wish you luck. Our onboarding team works directly with property managers, concierge staff, and board members until adoption is solid and workflows are running.
David, Vice President of one of our condo boards, put it this way after onboarding: “The ultimate onboarding experience is when the needs of the client are clearly identified from the beginning and the plan customized to the skill level of the users. Unify did exactly this. In the SaaS industry, having the right coding is important, however, matching the program excellence with customer service is what separates the good SaaS provider from the great. And Unify is solidly in the great category.”

Book your meeting here: go.livwith.com/meetings/liv-sales
The first four meetings booked will receive a premium gift from our team. Everyone who connects with us at the booth will be entered into a draw for additional prizes.
We’re looking forward to meeting Hawaii’s property management community in person. If you manage a high-rise, sit on an AOAO board, or run building operations on any of the islands, come find us. Bring your questions, your frustrations with your current system, and your business card. We’ll bring the platform and the people who built it.
