In a compelling start of the webinar, Jae shared how LIV transforms traditional real estate operations by embedding the four C’s – community, connection, communication, and convenience – into the foundations of LIV. 

Jae emphasized the dual focus on enhancing property values and tenant satisfaction through streamlined operations and strategic data integration. He introduced the LIV home dashboard, a comprehensive tool with an intuitive interface that enables real estate pros to make well-informed and data-driven decisions. 

Using the dashboard, it’s easy to not only simplify daily operations through smart automation – but also deliver an exceptional level of convenience to tenants, creating efficient, yet vibrant real estate environments.

A glimpse into the future of tenant experiences

Our tenant experience solutions span across Operations, Concierge, Maintenance, Security, Finance, and Community. 

Jae went on to demonstrate how LIV actually works, explaining how the app’s user interface delivers seamless interaction between tenants and property managers or operators. 

Switching between different user personas, Jae showcases LIV’s comprehensive workflow, focusing on the platform’s amenity management at first.

Jae went on to show how property managers and operators can set up and manage amenities such as meeting rooms, common areas, or gyms with ease.

This functionality is designed not only to save time and unburden property personnel but also to add another layer of comfort and convenience to an increasingly engaged tenant community.

He then continued by highlighting LIV’s parcel management feature, crucial in today’s e-commerce-intensive environment.

Jae explained how LIV uses OCR-driven AI tech supported by Google to streamline parcel management, significantly reducing administrative burdens.

Uncomplicating real estate management

With LIV, a concierge can simply scan parcel labels, with the system automatically verifying and registering deliveries against tenant details.

Today, it’s common for a 300-unit building to receive 100 parcels any given day. Michelle and Jae explained how LIV’s efficient process saves about three minutes on each parcel delivery, translating to a staggering 300 minutes saved each day for a manager of such a building. 

Our attendees also witnessed how LIV’s maintenance management system simplifies how tenants report and track maintenance requests. 

Using LIV, property managers can easily assign technicians, schedule maintenance, or engage with tenants for more details. The seamless integration fosters a streamlined operational landscape for both tenants and real estate pros.

Engaged tenants = happy tenants

Jae also showcased the community engagement feature – a true favorite among tenants already using LIV. He particularly highlighted the capacity to drive interaction and create a vibrant communal life within residential spaces.

Michelle emphasized the popularity of this feature, especially with Gen Z tenants, who enjoy using LIV’s tenant marketplace and chat because it strengthens their sense of belonging.

The platform facilitates not only commercial exchanges but also fosters social interactions and community building, such as tenant-organized events and service exchanges like babysitting and dog walking.

Effortless leasing and streamlined communication

Michelle and Jae also showcased LIV’s lease management feature, a tool that simplifies the entire leasing process for both property managers and tenants. The feature is capable of tracking leases, managing renewals, handling payments, and organizing documents – all centralized in a user-friendly interface.

Additionally, Jae wanted to highlight the versatile communication options integrated into the platform, including email and push notifications that ensure all updates and alerts are communicated in real-time.

Nearing the end of the webinar, Jae and Michelle showcased LIV’s analytics dashboard, emphasizing the platform’s robust capacity to gather and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights. 

Additionally, they showed one of the things that make LIV stand out from competing solutions – the ability to offset the cost of implementing LIV by selling ad space within the app.
